Turosi Giving Annual Charity Golf Day 2023

2023 saw our Ball Sponsors APG take out their very first win with a very close equal second and third from GPS and Ridley.

The weather was on our side and thanks to the collective effort of us all, we managed to raise $20,000 for our chosen charity – the Clown Doctors. This is a tremendous amount and will be greatly received.

Because of the collective effort from our volunteers, our corporate partners, the Sandhurst Golf Club and the Turosi Giving committee we were able to give children and families a reason to smile in some of their darkest days while in Hospital around the country.  

Facts

The Clown Doctors currently have 73 performers 16 Elder Clowns and 67 Clown Doctors.

They deliver approximately 230,000 interactions with people in hospital each year.  

Congratulations once again to APG for finally cracking first place with equal second and third place going to GPS and Ridley.

How do Employees participate?

Turosi encourages employees to participate in the Volunteering Program by offering two days paid leave per year to be used for the purpose of volunteering with a not-for-profit organisation of their choice. To encourage employee participation, short term volunteer positions are sourced from within our existing networks of approved charities.

This, our signature fundraising event has become a greatly anticipated fixture on many calendars. With your help over the years, Turosi Giving has distributed more than $1million to those in need. At Turosi we are extremely privileged to have business partners and friends, who share our vision and desire to make a difference to those who are less fortunate.
